CHANGE20 on 4 November will be virtual and reaching a larger number of business and change leaders

CHANGE20 is the top change event of the year with Annica Bresky, Stora Enso CEO as a key note speaker. Due to Covid-19, this year’s event will be a virtual one, which means that the number of seats is not limited. This offers a chance to our guests to invite everyone, who should understand the essentials of people-driven change to thrive in the era of constant change, to attend the event. CHANGE20 is for everyone in a role of a change sponsor, owner or leader, or change maker.

Annica Bresky will share her experience in leading major transformations, and open up the Stora Enso journey to a renewable materials growth company. The other speakers will open up, what is essential in leading and driving continuous change: Distributed culture and leadership will be the topic of Wärtsilä’s Chief Transformation Officer Domenico Dargenio, and Leadership Anthropologist Andreas Forsberg will talk about emotional space in change. CCEA CEO Reetta Rajala will share her insights on successful transformation through people-driven change.

On Wednesday November 4th, our top-notch speakers will be on stage in the afternoon at 15:00–18:00.
