CCEA Oy will continue as an independent company as part of Gofore consulting business and a change generalist. Our services, contact persons, and ways of working will continue as they currently are.
Reetta Rajala sells her shares, Johanna Wäänänen will start as CEO
Reetta Rajala, founder, majority owner and current CEO of CCEA Oy and her family, will sell all shares in CCEA Oy to Gofore Plc. The deal has been signed today, February 18th 2021.
At the same time, Johanna Wäänänen take the role of CEO of CCEA. Reetta Rajala will continue at CCEA as a principal consultant in change implementation and measurement services. She will also continue as a member of the board at CCEA.
Gofore strengthens its position in digital transformation projects
With the acquisition, in line with its strategy, Gofore will strengthen its position as an adviser and main service provider in large digital transformation projects.

Gofore Plc owns 95% of CCEA Oy shares and the leadership team of CCEA Oy owns 5% of the shares when the acquisition is completed.
