As a change implementer I am energized by developing new and by individual and group interaction. I’ve participated in building dozens of successful change projects and in developing change management competence in major international companies. I like everything that is new and insightful, and I am intrigued by utilizing creativity both at work and in free time.
Why?
A fresh perspective, the courage to challenge the conventional, and a strong “can do” attitude are needed to make space for change. I get excited when I can use these characteristics in challenging situations
