Who?
I am a positive, calm and relentless change expertwho has executed change in the roles of project manager, internal/external consultant and coach. A big part of my change management experience stems from one of the large Nordic banks where I gained experience especially in planning, building and implementing tools and practices for operational management and continuous improvement – both of which require clear change in behaviour in order to bring results. My earlier experience with customer service, development and team leader tasks support the ability to understand organizations from all angles.
In my free time I swim both in the pool and open waters and enjoy cooking as well as spending time in our holiday home in Finnish Lapland.
Why?
In my daily work I am first and foremost driven by helping others. When a customer or a colleague succeeds, I have succeeded. Time after time I have experienced how investing in change management and implementation brings concrete results, at the same time challenging me to learn every day which I love. A group is always greater than the sum of its parts, and I am super proud to get to say that I am part of the group of experts at CCEA!
