I’ve been a change implementation expert in multiple IT projects over the past decade. I have the ability to listen and to understand the customer and to find working solutions also in a challenging environment.
Every phase of a change involves people, the people who are responsible for the change overall and for its planning, the people who implement it, and the people who are impacted by the change. The success of the change depends on these people.
- Planning and implementing organizational change in collaboration with the project team and the organization, with an all-in approach
- Renewing tools and ways of operating in which e.g. the IT infrastructure and services of different companies are merged, and new ways of operating and the related tools are implemented
- Rollout of Office 365 cloud services and integration of the related changes
- Changes related to taking a hybrid cloud solution into use
