I am a change management professional with extensive experience on various kinds of change projects and programs in global organizations. Additionally, I have experience in different kinds of HR roles covering development projects in HR as well as supporting leaders in HR matters. I get inspiration from learning new things and view every project and program as a learning opportunity.
I know from experience that changing ways of working and practices requires a lot of work. However, it is always the most important prerequisite to achieving the business benefits from changes. Changes don’t just happen by themselves and it’s not enough that for example a technical solution is rolled out.
