I am interested in people. It is inspiring to see how a work community learns, develops their ways of working & common culture and how they adapt to a changing environment. My job is to offer support in this change and development. During the past 15 years, my duties have included e.g. change communications, change management, development of internal communications, strategy and project communications and project management.
I believe in cross-functional collaboration, which I encourage and support with my structured way of working. Well-defined processes help individuals to free up bandwidth that they need in dealing with unexpected changes.
At CCEA, we roll up our sleeves and support customers in leading and implementing changes. I can put myself in the position of an individual in a major change as I have faced my share of changes during my career. Collaboration is an important value to me – both with customers and my lontti colleagues. One of our strengths as a team is our versatile know-how as we come from different backgrounds.
I can easily define the essential points from a big picture and turn them into an implementation plan. I am also good at engaging people to common targets. I am used to manage projects in an international business environment. My areas of expertise include:
