I am a hard-working change maker, always willing and ready to develop both myself and things around me. I believe in continuous learning and co-operation – most often they are the key drivers for successful change too. I have 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, and I love its power to boost the business, engage people to make the change together and to increase satisfaction and efficiency of employees, when using it in a right way.

I have studied change management at Aalto University, and I did master’s thesis for a big, listed company in Finland about leading strategic change. That proved the theory of importance of people-driven change to be the only right way for success in practice.

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends – whether it happens in the heart of the city or in the middle of nature. Exercising and reading are also brilliant ways for me to recharge the batteries.


Change has become the permanent lifeblood for organizations and their success. It is a continuous state which requires totally new attitude and way of thinking from people. It also requires new ways of leading, a lot of communication and dialogue, cooperation and the right tools. If we ignore humans’ role in change, the change won’t happen. But what does that really mean in practice?
