I joined CCEA directly out of school; challenging customer projects over the past 7 years have helped me
to become a strong expert in change implementation. I have extensive experience with a variety of
demanding change projects in major international companies, particularly in ICT environment. Even
though the projects vary, I always have the same passion for work and the right twinkle in my eye in any


The key goal of a change project is to implement the change successfully and to firmly establish and
integrate the new way of operating into the daily routine of the entire organization. However, a
permanent change requires genuine motivation. It is inspiring to think about what a change means to
the different stakeholders and how to get them genuinely excited about and committed to the change.
