Change is seldom astro physics (although sure, it can be if our client works in the astro physics industry). I believe that even most challenging changes can be addressed by adopting a systematic approach. Abstract and complex changes can be derived into concrete practical solutions – and this is something that I am good at.
I am an experienced change management and organizational change professional who has a track record of change and transformation both from a consultant perspective and from in-house roles. Over ten years of change management work has taught me that the most common challenges regarding change seem to be somewhat akin between industries, organizations and individuals. The core of my work is to help organizations and individuals become better in change, every day.
Alongside work I am pursuing a PhD on change management and organizational change capability. I do a lot of sports in my free time and I play floorball in a team. Like in change, I feel that the best end-results are always achieved doing together – as a team.
I strongly feel that when looking around, only change is constant. Change is happening at an ever growing pace. My life mission is to help organizations and individuals in achieving the best possible capabilities in order to succeed.
