Who?
My long experience of change management has accumulated over two decades of organisational and social change in the international aid sector. I have planned, implemented and evaluated a variety of change processes and led multicultural teams through transformations. My experience includes e.g., process development, planning and rolling out tools and practices for operational management, supporting leadership in change management and building capacity to implement change.
I’ve lived and worked in Africa, Asia and Europe, and I adapt with ease to different environments. When it comes to challenges, I’m solution oriented and like to explore innovative options. I enjoy discovering all things new, and embarking on change journeys.
When I’m off duty, you can often find me in the woods or on the sea, enjoying nature with family and friends. I enjoy reading both fiction and facts and would never skip a good meal.
Why?
Change is always a journey towards something new. Reaching a desired change goal is important, but equally so is the journey towards the goal. It’s not insignificant how we travel and with whom. The journey paves way for further, good collaboration. The world’s megatrends of today have a growing effect on organisations and our societies. I want to contribute to the success of others amid all this change and bring my change expertise and understanding of the global operating environment to the table. The success of others is a source of happiness for me.
