Who?
Over twenty years’ work and business experience in various roles, from project management to business development and operational management. Change management and customer experience development have always been at the heart of my work. I feel privileged to have been part of designing and implementing a number of transition and transformation projects, also internationally, both for internal organization and for numerous clients.
In addition to change management, I am inspired by continuous learning and self-development. In my free time I read a lot, spend time at summer cottage and in nature, and like to exercise. My favorite sports are swimming, jogging, kayaking and various ball games especially with my children.

Why?
I am curious by nature, passionate about new challenges and especially for embracing change and the opportunities that arise with it. In change management, my success factors have been the ability to see the “big picture” and quickly outlining relevant interdependencies, combined with attention to details. I take it to my heart to ensure that everyone affected by the change in the organization also understands why, how and what it means to them personally. Clear, consistent and continuous communication, as well as co-creating the change with affected individuals and stakeholders are, in my view, key factors for a successful change.

What?
I embrace all change projects with a big heart. I am persistent and thorough in my work. My special skills include:
