I am curious about anything that is challenging the traditional leadership beliefs and shakes traditional foundations. I have over 20 years of experience from various management positions and expert roles in international environment. I have been fortunate to have a front row seat to witness how the digitalizaton has been changing our lives. Since 2012 we have developed and offered uniqued concept, Celkee Insight, to provide modern and even revolutionary concept that brings a totally new angle to leadership.
I love snowboarding with my wife and daughter in winters and golfing in summers. We also have a Jack Russel terrier Max to keep us busy. When ever I just want to kick back a little I take out my sax and mellow out by playing blues tunes. My latest endeavour is my own green house in the back yard.
Traditional number based leadership models were made to serve manufacturing industry, but they do not serve the needs of current expert organizations.
