I work as a combination of an engineer and a humanist – I am known as an energetic and people-oriented professional and a team player with extensive experience in competence development, change management and versatile business development.
I have more than 20 years of work experience in diverse positions in management consulting in global business. This has provided me with perspectives and tools for creating added value and implementing development projects with the client, even in challenging operating environments. My strong project management and networking skills allow me to get things done efficiently and work in diverse work communities.
During my free time I volunteer in a local dog association as a communications specialist, enjoy hiking in the nature and spend time at the cottage in the countryside.
For me, change leadership is about enabling the client’s change journey in a practice by working closely in result-oriented way with business and keeping business goals in mind. As a community educator, I consider the well-being and overall functioning of the work community to be a critical measure of business success, even during business transformation. I believe that results are achieved by rolling up your sleeves, considering realities and keeping visions in mind.
